Come and join us for some fun, relaxation and knitting at this wonderful mountain retreat at Mount Snow.

Join Us for 2, 3 or 4 days
You have the option of joining us on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday afternoon and staying through Sunday afternoon tea.

Relaxed Atmosphere
A peaceful weekend in rural Vermont to put your feet up and "do what you want to do" or "not"!

Knit a Baby Hat
We ask everyone to donate either a baby hat for the BMH Birthing Center or a child's hat, mittens, scarf or socks for the Brattleboro Christmas stocking. We can and do make a difference.

Classes Available
Classes will be available in various techniques that you may want to learn or relearn, but it is not a requirement to take the classes. The focuses of the Fall Knitting Weekend classes will be either a simple vest knit in thick yarn or a selection of holiday ornaments that are either felted or have Intarsia or Fair Isle colorwork.

Knitting Shop Set Up
Susan will have an array of goods available for your knitting needs. She will include patterns, new yarns, old favorites, needles, accessories and of course, anything you might need for the scheduled classes.

Delicious & Bountiful Food
All meals are included in your fee, except for arrival night dinner. This meal is available at the Mountaineneer by reservation or you may choose to dine elsewhere. Also included is afternoon tea and snack. If you have any special needs, our chef is willing to help out.

Walking
Enjoy a peaceful walk on the grounds of the Mountaineer Inn or along the local by-ways. We are surrounded by beauty.

Shopping
Browse through nearby shops in Dover and Wilmington. Antiques, gifts, books, pottery quilting supplies are just a few of the items available.

Enjoy Friends New & Old
Meet people from Vermont, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and who knows where else. With the diversity of ages, backgrounds and lives we all manage to have a wonderful time whether exchanging ideas, "chit-chatting", or having a good giggle.

Hot Tub
Enjoy the Mountaineer's hot tub - Susan and her friends sure do!

Rates

The rates for the Knitting Weekend are as follows:
Option 1 (W, Th, F, S nights)	Single - $575 Double - $510
Option 2 (Th, F, S nights)	Single - $475 Double - $425
Option 3 (F, S nights)	Single - $385 Double - $350

Deposit of $75 (non-refundable) is required to reserve a room. The remainder is due by October 15, 2008

Cancellation policy: Store credit will be the only refund form (excluding non-refundable deposit).
